Vibrexo Pty Ltd was established in May of 2018 after successful acquiring of 100% of the shareholding of a SMME in the Telecommunications industry and was formed as an integration between various top specialists and experts to provide a comprehensive one-stop and full-cycle civil and construction service.

It specializes mainly in civil works that includes Conventional Trenching and using trenchless technology such as Moling equipment, Horizontal Directional Drilling and Micro Trenching; hand hole/manhole installations; All asphalt, concrete and paving reinstatements; erecting of poles; cable and duct installation and laying; optical fiber cable connections; testing, measurements and commissioning of fiber optical; SMME Project management, safety, statutory, right of way and quality control.

Vibrexo acquired the SMME to increase the footprint in the industry, get more exposure to other clients and to equip the company to be more sustainable and be able to grow in the industry to become the client’s service provider of choice through timeous satisfaction of their procurement needs and to be the leader in the telecommunications and civil engineering fields.

In September 2020 Vibrexo Pty Ltd merged with HY Management Pty Ltd, a leader in the telecommunications industry when it comes to moling and related services. This merger gave Vibrexo Pty Ltd a much larger footprint as well as immediately increased its resources and capacity to better serve their clients according to the different needs and requirements.

We will consistently strive to advance the empowerment of black suppliers through the creation of opportunities for the utilization of their services. SHORT BACKGROUND OF THE DIRECTORS

Marcelle Bosch – Managing Director
After completing his articles as an Auditor in 2011, Marcelle started his career in Fiber and Telecommunications as a Financial Manager at Clearline (Pty) Ltd , a preferred principal contractor in the industry. He gained experience in the industry through diversifying himself and managing other divisions within the company. Later when EOH bought over Clearline, he further excelled his knowledge and experience by being part of other companies within the IT Infrastructure environment. He has a broad knowledge of all aspects in the industry especially when it comes to costing and finance, budgets and limitations. His understanding of how finance and operations combines enables him to counter fit solutions for each project.

Jaco Viljoen – Operations Director
Jaco started his career in telecommunications as a HD Drill operator for ACL Group primarily in Gauteng. He moved to Cape Town in 2012 where he worked for Corline as Division Manager for HD Drilling. In 2016 he saw a gap in the market for moling and started HY Management where he established himself as a leader in the industry with regards to moling and was preferred by many end clients. Jaco pride himself on building relationships with the right people within the industry and using those connections to meet client requirements and expectation without any hassle.

Together the two directors have over 16 years of experience not only in the Fiber industry, but the Telecommunications and IT Infrastructure overall. They have a wide variety of skills that compliment eachother to be able to offer full turnkey solutions to their clients. By combining their resources, it increased their capacity but also made it possible to offer more services. Their network of people they built over the years make it possible for them to engage in any project as it is possible to outsource a service quickly if need arise. This does not only make the client feel more comfortable, but it gives Vibrexo as a company the edge when it comes to service delivery.
